Bluebell Capital will have a commercial interest in each of the Deals sourced by it for the benefit of the members of the Group:

This may be in the form of:

a) Investment Banking Fees from the Participating Members;

(b) Lead Incentives in the form of equity participation along with the Participating Members;

(c) Or other hybrid models, as may be decided on a case to case basis.

The commercial terms of Bluebell Capital will be communicated upfront at the time of submission of the Project Brief.
