Bluebell Capital
Bluebell Capital is a group of High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) that have come together for the following purposes:
- Evaluate opportunities for investment in Listed Companies (and selective investments in Unlisted Companies) pursued by Bluebell Capital and invest based on the members’ independent evaluation of the opportunities (Investments are always negotiated as a consortium, but invested directly by each members into the Target Company);
- Provide its members a platform to present and communicate their own Projects (after due validation by Bluebell Capital) for Private Placement from Other Members of the Network.
Co-investments are a common phenomenon in Startup Investments. However, Covid-19 times are such that Private Consortium Investments are necessary for even larger companies (including listed companies).
